After returning from a trip, Wingwing's parents noticed that one of Wingwing's eyes had turned very yellow. After taking him to the vet, the doctor assessed that Wingwing's condition had reached a very bad stage, and that surgery would be very risky. However, ignoring it would only cause Wingwing more pain. After finding The Vet House, we successfully performed enucleation surgery on Wingwing and stayed by his side to make him feel more at ease during this unfamiliar process.
As their family, it is essential for me to keep my promise to care for them throughout their lives. However, finding a trustworthy veterinarian is also a crucial responsibility for me. Fortunately, when my beloved pet was in trouble, I was grateful for the appearance of a veterinarian couple who were like gods and angels, and they saved my dog, Wing Wing. Don't overlook any details in their words and diagnosis; servants would be extremely anxious at such a moment. The entire process reassured me completely, and I realized that professionalism is not only about medical skills, but also about empathy.

I am a wealthy woman named Fat Sasa! I am 14 years old and have a breast tumor!
The tumor grew very quickly after the New Year this year❗️My mother immediately made an appointment with doctor David for a checkup❗️After the checkup, the doctor said that the tumor grew rapidly and there was a high chance that it was malignant!
Because of my advanced age, my aunt is considering whether or not to perform the surgery on me due to the risks!
Finally with Doctor After discussion, David decided to help me with the tumor removal surgery based on my quality of life. On the day of the surgery, the doctor came to pick me up early in the morning. I was so stupid that I didn’t even know what was happening. During the surgery, in addition to having a large tumor, I also When a small tumor was found, the doctor also removed the left side. He also helped me peel off some cavities and wash the buried teeth. For me at such an old age, it is a high-risk major surgery. After the operation, the doctor took me home and took care of me for one night. I could walk very fast the next day! Scarface, who had been suffering from pain for a long time, had been seeing the vet regularly for some time, but his health problems were not completely cured. After coming to The Vet House and undergoing our diagnosis and treatment, Scarface can now move around freely and happily plays with his owner every day!
The doctor and nurses are very attentive. Initially, other vets said my dog's condition could only be controlled with medication, and if it got worse, surgery might be necessary. At first, I went to Dr David with a "let's give it a try" attitude, but we really saw significant improvement and results. Now we don't have to rely entirely on medication. It's been almost four months since Lele immigrated to Melbourne. Last November, he took a nine-hour flight followed by ten days of quarantine. When we picked him up, he had lost a size and was less mobile. Although this was expected, we were still heartbroken. Honestly, Australia is very good to animals; the quarantine center frequently updated us and arranged for a doctor to visit and treat his diarrhea. Unfortunately, he's quite old.
The first week after returning home was stressful for the whole family, including Lele. But thinking about his pancreatic tumor surgery last year, we decided to take him to Australia to reunite with our family so that he could spend the rest of his life in peace, so we tried our best to persevere.
The turning point came one day when we went to a pet store to buy diapers. The clerk learned of our situation and recommended a nearby vet clinic. At the time, we were struggling to find a vet; the well-regarded vet recommended by a friend had a one- or two-week waiting list and was a 45-minute drive away. We were incredibly grateful for the clerk's recommendation, and the vet clinic was only a seven-minute drive from home, allowing us to take him there in a stroller! We were even more grateful that the Australian vet, Dr. Crystal, specialized in laser treatment, accumulation, and Chinese medicine. Dr. Crystal, like you, took meticulous care of and treated Lele. After more than ten treatments, Lele largely recovered to his condition when we returned from Hong Kong! Then we took him to the vet clinic, which was a little further away, for rehabilitation training.
Lele is happier in Australia than in Hong Kong because the whole family is with him. Almost every household in Australia keeps a dog, and the parks are large enough for him to roam freely. His social life is much better. We also have an Aussiedoodle in Australia. She weighs sixteen pounds (I'm worried about taking care of such a big dog!). She's fourteen months old, and Lele is fourteen. One is black and the other is white, one big and one small, and they attract a lot of attention when they go out!
Our family is incredibly grateful to you and Dr. David for your care and treatment of Lele. Without you, he might not have been able to reunite with his family in Australia! We wish you all the best in your work at the clinic, and hope you can help even more animals in need!

My squirrel dog sheds its hair on its right hand and in front of the Patpat area. I think that many squirrel dogs will be bald due to genetic problems. I am surprised that they will never have hair loss in the future. Good luck meeting Dr.David and Kit!
Dr. David found out the real cause of the hair loss at a glance. It turned out to be prickly heat. Dr. David and Kit are very good. Not only did they analyze the cause of the disease with us carefully, teach us how to apply ointment and take care of it, but they also comforted me and made me feel at ease. After learning that we had Bb in our house, he specially analyzed the skin on my skin to see if there was any fungus, and asked me not to wash it off to worry about infection.
About two weeks after seeing Dr. David, I have already started to see hair growing back in the areas where hair was lost, and the recovery is faster than I imagined! Thank you so much Dr.David and Kit 🙏🏻
